Vivian Nguyen

Growing up, I was exposed to many genres of music and music from all over the world by my father, which developed my love for music.

I began studying and playing classical piano at the age of 8. I went on to study Music Education with a focus in Piano Pedagogy at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.

I have always been a teacher at heart. After college, I began teaching General Music Education at private and Montessori schools in the Northern Virginia area. My true passion is being able to open up the world of music to young children and allow them to express themselves and creativity through movement, singing, and experiencing various instruments.

I enjoy instructing all ages and levels in piano.
