
Sherry Rice
Sherry Rice is an educator, director, and vocalist with over 25 years of teaching experience in Virginia and Georgia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Ashland University and a Certificate in Vocal Performance from the London College of Music.
As a performer, Sherry has sung professionally with vocal ensembles in Kansas City, Atlanta, and the Washington, D.C. area. Her stage credits include college, Off-Broadway, and community theatre productions such as Pippin, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Fiddler on the Roof.
Sherry’s students have earned numerous honors, including All-County, All-District, All-State, and National Honor Choir recognition, and she maintains a 100% acceptance rate into the Colgan Center for Fine and Performing Arts.
In addition to teaching, Sherry has served as a clinician for Loudoun County Public Schools and as an adjudicator for VHSL and the Glammies. As a director, her credits include productions of Mary Poppins, Cinderella, Mean Girls, SIX, and multiple musical showcases.
