Ricky Munoz

Ricky Munoz is a musician, singer-songwriter, and educator with a deep love for music. As a multi-instrumentalist, Ricky brings over 15 years of performance experience and more than 5 years of teaching experience to his students. He has taught students of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels, from absolute beginners to advanced players.

While teaching, he is also pursuing his bachelors of music education at George Mason University, studying saxophone under the supervision of Dr. Connor Mikula and teaching methods under Dr. Tina Beveridge. Ricky goes above and beyond for his students by helping them think critically about how music connects to the real world, using relatable metaphors and fostering a positive mindset. With his dedication, pride, and attention to detail, it is never a dull moment in Ricky's lessons.
